Refund policy

At ModMuse, every product is carefully 3D printed and quality checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and our made to order process, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds will be issued once an order is placed

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders or dissatisfaction after delivery

Please review product descriptions, images, sizes and details carefully before placing your order.

 

 

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, in original condition and with original packaging

  • Exchange requests will be approved only if a clear unboxing video from start to finish is provided at the time of raising the request.

Once approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or a similar product of equal value, subject to availability.

 

 

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling or normal wear and tear

  • Minor color or texture variations caused by the 3D printing process

  • Customised or personalised products

 

 

Shipping for Exchanges

  • If the exchange is approved due to a fault from our side, we will guide you through the process

  • Shipping timelines for exchanged products may vary based on availability and location
